How to Use Our Fragrances in Your Candles?

There are two ways to use a fragrance to scent a candle. Once incorporated, it will diffuse its scent throughout the room.

Add a Few Drops to Your Wax

The first method, the simplest, is to add a few drops of fragrance to the burning candle’s wax. It is important that the candle has a neutral scent. This method is simple, but the scent will not last long. You will need to regularly refresh the scent using a pipette or dropper. One drop is enough.

Incorporate the Fragrance into the Wax Melting Process

The second method, more demanding, involves making your own scented candles. The fragrance must be incorporated directly into the melted wax in a double boiler or other melting device. The higher the percentage, the stronger the scent. The recommended fragrance dosage for a candle is 7% to 10%.
