100% secure CB, Visa & MasterCard payment via Payplug

The Terre-De-Bougies.com online shop offers you 100% secure payment systems based on recognised solutions. The payment by credit card (CB, VISA, MasterCard & E-card) is ensured by Payplug.

Payplug is a payment intermediary, approved by the Banque de France and member of the GIE carte bancaire. At no time do we have access to your bank details, which are transmitted by SSL technology, guaranteeing a 100% secure payment.

Payplug is above all a payment solution made in France that offers the same guarantees as Paypal: no hidden fees, ease of use, protected transactions and bank details.

3-D Secure process

Known under the trade names "Verified By Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode", 3-D Secure was developed by Visa and Mastercard to enable merchants to limit the risks of fraud on the Internet, linked to identity theft attempts. It is a procedure that ensures that the card is used by the real cardholder.

In addition to the usual process you will need to take an extra step which, if the merchant or the cardholder's bank is equipped to do so, involves entering a password, such as the cardholder's date of birth (simple authentication) or a dynamic one-time code (strong authentication).

The security barriers are so high that you will not be able to make a payment in some cases.
In this case, we advise you to contact the bank that issued the card in question.

Payment to 4x by credit card via Alma

We offer you the possibility to make your payments in several instalments (2x, 3x or 4x) thanks to our partner Alma. Fees may or may not apply. The validation of the file of payment in several times is at the discretion of our partner Alma.

• Payment in 2x: From 150€ to 4000€.
• Payment in 3x : From 200€ to 4000€.
• Payment in 4x: From 250€ up to 4000€.

Refund conditions:

• Cancelled missing items are refunded without delay and at the latest within 14 days in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code.
• Any refund will be made by the means of payment that the customer chose at the time of purchase. (Credit card by re-credit of the used bank card, Transfer by Transfer on the account of origin...)

Bancontact

Bancontact is a Belgian bank. Our Belgian friends and cross-border customers can therefore use this payment solution via Payplug.

PAYPAL payment

We allow you to pay for your order using a PayPal account or by bank card (a PayPal account is not required). PayPal is a universally recognised payment system acknowledged worldwide for its reliability and the guarantees offered to buyers.

Payment by BANK TRANSFER

Bant transfers are a 100% secure alternative method to pay for your order.

After confirmation of your order, our bank details will be displayed and our details will be sent to you by email. All you have to do is pay for your order by sending us a transfer. After receipt of your payment, your parcel will be shipped rapidly within 24 hours of your payment.

Payment by ADMINISTRATIVE PAYMENT ORDER

This payment method is reserved exclusively for publicly funded establishments (schools and colleges, local authorities, community organisations, etc.)

Terre-De-Bougies accepts payments by administrative payment order with no upper limit. You can use your order by email (by attaching it to your order form), by post or directly on our website (by ticking 'administrative payment order' in the payment methods). You will then receive an order confirmation email. You will need to:

1/ Enter your order number and your customer number on your administrative order form (you will find this information on the acknowledgement of receipt received via the internet).

2/ Send the form to Terre-De-Bougies as proof of budgetary commitment, by email (contact@terre-de-bougies.com), or by uploading it directly from your computer.

Any order which has not been paid for within a period of 20 days will be considered to be null and void.
