Shipping costs and delivery times

Rapid delivery and careful packaging

At Terre-De-Bougies, we offer a delivery service that is suited to your needs:

• If an order is submitted before noon, it is guaranteed to be shipped on that same day (except during exceptionally busy periods)
• Express delivery (Chronospost) for all orders confirmed before noon, parcel shipped on same day for delivery on the following day.
• The option to receive your delivery where you want: to your home, to a shop, to a pickup point.
• The option to collect your parcel from our premises. 

Calculation of costs of shipping and packaging is based on the net weight of the product.
 

Delivery in mainland France

• The value of your order is 59 euros or less inc. VAT:  fixed delivery cost of 7.20 euros inc. VAT 
• The value of your order is over 59 euros inc. VAT: FREE delivery*

International deliveries

We deliver our products to international customers with no exceptions:

• Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, Andorra, all countries in the European Zone.
• Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion and all the DOM-TOM.
• United States, Canada, India, Australia, Africa.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order when packed, the destination country and the type of transport chosen. 

Our transporters and delivery times

For pallets (large volumes or over 100 kg) France and International:

• Delivery time by transporter: 1 to 2 weeks

These times are given for information only, an item which is available from stock is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. In other cases, availability is stated in the product information sheet and the delivery time may vary from 2 to 15 days depending on the type of products ordered and variations in stock.
 

The standard delivery method is So Colissimo tracked. Whichever shipping method is chosen, we will send you a link as soon as possible so you can track delivery of your parcel online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal costs. They may comprise a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the price or the weight of your order.

We advise you to group your purchases together into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for both of them.

Your parcel will be shipped at your risk. Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products. Parcels are oversized and protected.

The LAB SAS company reserves the right to ask for proof of identity and address at any time for all orders, to check the contact details provided and avoid fraudulent use of the different services.
