Detailed description
Wicks coated in vegetable wax - TCR24/14 - for candles
These wicks are especially designed for making poured candles (in containers, scented candles).
Our wicks are costed with a mixture of soy-based natural wax. These wicks have a paper core that give them a certain rigidity (very practical for containers in order to avoid the wick falling down in the molten wax and drowning).
Our wicks are not treated and meet the European REACH standards.
Our advice
To use a coated wick with a sustainer, tip 2mm of liquid wax into your container and immediately place the coated wick onto the bottom so it is in place. Thus, after around 15 seconds, your wick will be perfectly set into the wax.
Then, fill your container, leaving 7mm of wick at the top.
