A fragrance from Grasse "Cardamom" for your perfumed creations
This sweet "Cardamom" fragrance will allow you to enhance your homemade creations.
All of our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and manufactured in Grasse, Provençal France, by master perfumers . They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards.
No scent in our catalog is tested on animals.
Olfactory notes
The top notes begin with a vibrant blend of nutmeg and cardamom. Nutmeg offers a spicy, woody warmth, while cardamom, with its fresh, slightly citrusy undertones, provides an exotic, aromatic opening. This combination creates a captivating introduction that piques curiosity and sets the stage for more complex aromas.
At the heart of the fragrance, ginger and verbena add a spicy, herbaceous vibrancy. Ginger, with its characteristic spiciness and invigorating freshness, enlivens the heart of the fragrance, while verbena, with its light, citrusy notes, brings a touch of clarity and brightness that highlights the exoticism of cardamom.
The base notes are anchored by petitgrain and jasmine. Petitgrain, derived from the leaves and branches of the orange tree, offers woody yet floral tones that evoke a refined depth and Mediterranean finesse. Jasmine, with its floral richness and captivating scent, adds a layer of sophistication and luxury, finishing the fragrance on a sensual and soothing note.

To determine the dosage for your creations, we encourage you to conduct your own tests based on the aromatic intensity you are looking for. This also varies for each fragrance.

Our fragrances may contain CMRs (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic), but these levels (0.1% to 3.3%) are for the raw fragrance. In a candle (10% fragrance and 90% wax), the concentration is much lower and safe under normal conditions of use.
CMRs also exist in our daily lives: some essential oils, chlorine in swimming pools, and grilled meat contain them, although they are not prohibited. They play a key role in the olfactory rendering of perfumes, and removing them would alter their quality, as well as their olfactory possibilities. As for ethyl phthalate, it is safe and commonly used in cosmetics. It has nothing to do with the phthalates banned in toys! -
Perfume should be stored away from light and at room temperature (20°C). Under these conditions, you can keep your oil for a maximum of 24 months. If the perfume crystallizes, simply heat it to a maximum of 30°C.
