Test our products for free before their launch and give us your feedback. For each campaign, we select the most suitable profiles: our loyal customers have an advantage and some tests are reserved for our VIP customers, while others are accessible to everyone. Once selected, you receive the products at home for free and complete the requested missions, which earn you points that can be accumulated with our loyalty program.

We examine each application carefully and select a panel of varied profiles, representative of all our clients.

Simply create an account on our website or log in if you already have one. You will be automatically associated with all of our programs.

Points generated by purchases made offline from the account cannot be credited retroactively.
Points and order amounts are automatically credited after 30 days . Orders taken into account are after August 1, 2024.

Each loyalty tier reached is valid for 1 year. When you move up a tier, your one-year period begins again immediately. Each year, we evaluate your purchases made over the past 12 months to determine your status: maintaining, progressing, or adjusting your tier. This ensures your loyalty is always recognized and rewarded.
Please add the desired product to your cart and meet the minimum purchase requirements before entering the code. Rewards are cumulative, subject to minimum purchase requirements.

*To benefit from the birthday voucher, you must enter your date of birth in the club area mission even if it is already entered in your customer area.
All promotions and rewards are cumulative, except for permanent discount codes for "PRO" tiers and percentage (%) discounts, which are only compatible with product and shipping offers.
Most rewards don't have a fixed expiration date. If a specific offer has a limit, we'll let you know. Referral codes and birthday codes are valid for 30 days upon receipt.

The rewards obtained remain applicable even if you have changed tier since obtaining them.
Some missions require manual validation by our team or are only accessible to our best customers. Each test has its own selection criteria.
The number of referrals is limited per period, even if you have multiple accounts. You must have placed at least one order to refer.
