Each tier reached remains valid for 1 year. When you reach a new tier, a new year of validity automatically begins. Every year, we analyze your purchases over the last 12 months (starting in August 2024) to confirm your current status, advance your status, or adjust your tier. Amounts related to your orders (excluding shipping costs) are credited 30 days after purchase.

Test our products for free before their launch and give us your feedback. For each campaign, we select the most suitable profiles: our loyal customers have an advantage and some tests are reserved for our VIP customers, while others are accessible to everyone. Once selected, you receive the products at home for free and complete the requested missions, which earn you points that can be accumulated with our loyalty program.
We examine each application carefully and select a panel of varied profiles, representative of all our clients.
Frequently asked Questions
Points generated by purchases made offline to an account cannot be credited retroactively.
Each loyalty tier reached is valid for 1 year. When you move up a tier, your one-year period begins again immediately. Each year, we evaluate your purchases made over the past 12 months to determine your status: maintaining, progressing, or adjusting your tier. This ensures your loyalty is always recognized and rewarded.
- Go to the “How to use your points?” tab in the loyalty club area.
- Select the desired reward (discount codes, fragrances of your choice, waxes, accessories, etc.) and redeem your points for it. For "optional" rewards, you don't choose the product at this stage. You will then receive a promo code.
- Add the desired item (s) eligible for the reward to your cart , meeting the eligibility requirements listed on each offer. For discounts, simply meet the minimum purchase requirements.
- Apply the promo code obtained at the payment step.
*To benefit from the birthday voucher, you must enter your date of birth in the club area mission even if it is already entered in your customer area.
Referral codes and birthday codes are valid for 30 days upon receipt.
The rewards obtained remain applicable even if you have changed tier since obtaining them.
