Simply create an account on our website or sign in if you already have one. You'll be automatically enrolled in all of our programs without delay.

Points generated by purchases made while not signed in to an account cannot be credited retroactively.

Points and order amounts counting toward tiers (excluding shipping fees) are automatically credited after 30 days. Only orders placed after August 1, 2024 are taken into account.

Each loyalty tier reached is valid for 1 year. When you move up to a higher tier, your one-year period restarts immediately. Each year, we review your purchases over the past 12 months to determine your status: maintaining, advancing or adjusting your tier. This ensures your loyalty is always recognized and rewarded.

• Go to the "How to use your points?" tab in the loyalty club area.
• Select the reward you want (discount codes, fragrances of your choice, waxes, accessories, etc.) and redeem your points for it. For "of your choice" rewards, you don't pick the specific product at this step. You'll then receive a promo code.
• Add the item(s) you want and that are eligible for the reward to your cart, following the eligibility conditions listed on each offer. For discounts, simply meet the minimum purchase requirements.
• Apply the promo code obtained at the checkout step.

Find your available rewards by going to the loyalty club area, in the "My Rewards" tab. Tier rewards in particular are available there. You can also enable notifications in your loyalty area.Please note: a reward that has been redeemed or earned cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Most rewards and points have no fixed expiration date. If a specific offer has a time limit, we'll let you know.

Referral codes and birthday codes are valid for 30 days from the date you receive them.Points are non-refundable. The use of certain codes depends on the availability of the products covered by the reward.

Rewards you've earned remain valid even if you've moved to a different tier since obtaining them.

Some missions require manual approval by our team or are only available to our top customers. Each test has its own selection criteria.

The number of referrals is limited per period, even if you have multiple accounts. You must have placed at least one order to refer a friend.
