Credit card payments are handled by our partner, a payment institution approved by the ACPR (Banque de France). Thanks to the SSL encryption process, Terre de bougies is never in possession of your bank details. Payments with CB, VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS are possible.

You can choose to pay for your purchases via the PayPal system, either using your PayPal account or directly by credit card without having to create an account. PayPal is the leading electronic wallet system, recognised worldwide for its reliability. PayPal Express is also available for even faster payment.
Klarna makes it easy to pay for your purchases: in one instalment when you place your order, as a deferred payment within 30 days, or in three instalments free of charge, deducted automatically each month. All transactions with Klarna are secure and at no extra cost if the payment dates are respected. This payment method is not available in all countries.
Bancontact is a Belgian payment system. Our Belgian and cross-border customers can therefore use this solution.
Satispay is a mobile payment solution widely used in Italy. It allows our Italian customers to pay for their purchases in complete security directly from their Satispay application, without the need for a bank card or account number.

If you pay for your order in several instalments, you accept Alma's general customer conditions as well as Alma's special conditions for Terre de Bougies customers.
Bank transfers are reserved for French public administrations.
You can also pay by bank transfer directly into our account. The order will be validated and dispatched upon receipt of payment by our accounting department. All the details for the transfer will be given to you when your order is validated.
You have seven days from the date of your order to send us your bank transfer. If we do not receive your transfer within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
