Spooled wicks for candles

Coil wicks are ideal for making moulded candles, pillar candles or bespoke creations. Sold on a roll, they make it easy to cut to the desired length according to the height of your candle. They are easy to mount on a stand thanks to the use of round, rectangular or spring-loaded wick holders. Coil wicks also allow you to pre-coat the wick yourself, a step that involves immersing it in wax to improve its rigidity and combustion during candle making.

Wicks in coils for pillar and cast candles

These are very popular for production requiring a large number of wicks. Unlike pre-coated wicks mounted on a support, coil wicks are a more economical solution and offer total freedom in terms of the length to be used. Available in different diameters and weaves, they allow the wick to be precisely adapted to the diameter of the candle and the type of wax used.

Coil wicks for garden candles

Some coil wicks have a specific weave designed for garden candles and oil or paraffin lamps. This type of weave improves the capillarity of the wick and ensures stable, even combustion, even outdoors.

To make a high-performance garden candle or use a wick in an outdoor oil lamp, we recommend using a paraffin wax, which provides better flame retention and a burn more suited to outdoor conditions.
