Receive and test our products for free in preview!

Test our products for free before their launch and share your feedback with us. For each campaign, we select the most suitable profiles: our loyal customers have an advantage, and some tests are reserved for our VIP customers, while others are open to everyone. Once selected, you'll receive the products at home for free, answer a questionnaire, and complete the requested tasks, which earn you points that can be combined with our loyalty program.

We examine each application carefully and select a panel of varied profiles, representative of all our clients.

Simply create an account on our website or log in if you already have one. You will be automatically associated with all of our programs without delay.

Points generated by purchases made offline to an account cannot be credited retroactively.
Points and order amounts for tiers (excluding shipping costs) are automatically credited after 30 days . Orders considered are after August 1, 2024.

Each loyalty tier reached is valid for 1 year. When you move up a tier, your one-year period begins again immediately. Each year, we evaluate your purchases made over the past 12 months to determine your status: maintaining, progressing, or adjusting your tier. This ensures your loyalty is always recognized and rewarded.
  • Go to the “How to use your points?” tab in the loyalty club area.
  • Select the desired reward (discount codes, fragrances of your choice, waxes, accessories, etc.) and redeem your points for it. For "optional" rewards, you don't choose the product at this stage. You will then receive a promo code.
  • Add the desired item (s) eligible for the reward to your cart , meeting the eligibility requirements listed on each offer. For discounts, simply meet the minimum purchase requirements.
  • Apply the promo code obtained at the payment step.
Find your available rewards by accessing the loyalty club area in the "My Rewards" tab . Tier rewards are notably available here. You can also enable notifications in your loyalty area.Please note: a reward that has been exchanged or earned cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Go to the Club area , “My Rewards” tab , or click directly on the desired reward to view the conditions. The description gives you all the details.
Most rewards and points do not have a fixed expiry date. If a specific offer has a limit, we will let you know.

Referral codes and birthday codes are valid for 30 days from receipt. Points are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The application of certain codes depends on the availability of the products included in the reward.

The rewards obtained remain applicable even if you have changed tiers since obtaining them.
Some missions require manual validation by our team or are only accessible to our best customers. Each test has its own selection criteria.
The number of referrals is limited per period, even if you have multiple accounts. You must have placed at least one order to refer.
