Our story
It all started in 2012, in an apartment near Colmar. Asanaty and Bruno, passionate about DIY, took the leap: an e-commerce site set up in a few days, a spark of entrepreneurship, and the desire to share their love for craft.
The ritual quickly set in. Every evening, the apartment came back to life with the sound of the order printer and tape rolling. Piles of parcels took over the hallway, candle molds and waxes invaded the garage. DIY became a profession.
From enthusiasts to artisans, then to mentors: Asanaty and Bruno wanted to share their tips, their finds, their world. Terre de Bougies took off — designed as a gateway into scented craftsmanship for everyone.
Our growth
When the apartment overflowed, the adventure entered a new chapter. A first workspace opened its doors, the first recruits arrived — and some are still by our side today.
At the same time, scented candles were everywhere. Asanaty, Bruno and their team got swept up in the wave: they went hunting for the finest fragrances, created exclusive compositions, and built a direct connection with the master perfumers of Grasse.
Step by step, Terre de Bougies became a reference in scented DIY. The range grew: linen mists, soaps, reed diffusers, household products... always with the same obsession — revealing each creator's fragrance signature, and supporting them every step of the way.
Today, around twenty passionate people carry this vision. Asanaty and Bruno still at the helm, a team that shares the same standards, and a promise that hasn't changed: to give you access to the finest fragrances, so each of your creations becomes a true scented landmark for your customers.
