ABOUT THIS FRAGRANCE
This sweet fragrance "Fig and sandalwood" will allow you to enhance your homemade creations.
All of our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and manufactured in Grasse, Provençal France, by master perfumers . They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards.
No scent in our catalog is tested on animals.
The top notes open with an intriguing trio of incense, leather accord, and cistus. Incense, with its rich, smoky scent, evokes a mystical and contemplative atmosphere. The leather accord brings a refined and robust texture, while the cistus introduces a woody, slightly sweet resin, laying a complex foundation from the start.
At the heart of the fragrance, sandalwood blends harmoniously with myrrh, cardamom, cypress, and cloves. The warm, woody sandalwood offers a soothing depth, while the myrrh adds balsamic nuances. Cardamom and cloves bring spicy notes that warm the heart, and the cypress imparts a woody freshness, enhancing the fragrance's complexity.
The base is dominated by amber, musk, and cedar. Amber provides a rich, enveloping base, enveloped in softness and warmth. Musk adds a subtle sensuality that lingers long after the candle has been extinguished, while cedar provides a robust, woody finish, anchoring the fragrance in a lasting and memorable finish.
To determine the dosage for your creations, we encourage you to conduct your own tests based on the aromatic intensity you are looking for. This also varies for each fragrance.

Our blogOur fragrances may contain CMRs (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic), but these levels (0.1% to 3.3%) are for the raw fragrance. In a candle (10% fragrance and 90% wax), the concentration is much lower and safe under normal conditions of use.
CMRs also exist in our daily lives: some essential oils, chlorine in swimming pools, and grilled meat contain them, although they are not prohibited. They play a key role in the olfactory rendering of perfumes, and removing them would alter their quality, as well as their olfactory possibilities.
As for ethyl phthalate, it is safe and commonly used in cosmetics. It has nothing to do with the phthalates banned in toys!
Perfume should be stored away from light and at room temperature (20°C). Under these conditions, you can keep your oil for a maximum of 24 months. If the perfume crystallizes, simply heat it to a maximum of 30°C.
We do not offer samples. The smallest size available for most fragrances is 30 ml.
However, you can exchange your loyalty points for a selection of 30 ml fragrances in your dedicated area.
