If you choose an exchange, the product will be shipped within 48 hours after return of the product, by the same transporter selected at the time of ordering.

Procedure for returning a product

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchases in exchange for a credit note or a refund, if you are unhappy with them.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you should:

1- Be within the period mentioned above
2- Send us a recorded delivery letter with acknowledgement of receipt to LAB SAS, 21 rue de la gare, 68600 Volgelsheim, France stating your wish to exercise your right to withdrawal.
3- Return the products to us at the address shown above within 14 days of communication of your decision to withdraw. The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and still sealed, with no marks or stains, and with all the accessories.
4- Include a copy of the invoice with the products as well as the Right to withdrawal form

Return costs are payable by you.

If the above conditions are not met, Terre-de-Bougies has the right not to issue a credit note or a refund and to deduct or claim any additional costs that might arise from your failure to follow this procedure.

We cannot issue a refund or a credit note until the products have been returned and inspected.

The refund will be made directly using the same procedures as those used for the payment of the products in question.

We do not make standard exchanges. If you require another fragrance or wax, please place an order in the online store.
