ABOUT THIS FRAGRANCE
This sweet "Christmas tree" fragrance will enhance your home creations.
All our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse in Provence, France by master perfumers. They comply with European(CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE) and French(IFRA) standards.
None of the fragrances in our catalogue have been tested on animals.
The top notes open with eucalyptus, galbanum and incense. Eucalyptus offers a clear, camphorous freshness, bringing a sensation of purity and liveliness, while galbanum intensifies this freshness with its green, slightly bitter notes. Frankincense, with its rich, mystical aroma, adds an aromatic depth that evokes the age-old traditions of Christmas celebrations.
At the heart of the fragrance, moss, pine and balsam fir unfold, creating an intensely woody and resinous core. Moss brings an earthy, damp texture reminiscent of ancient forests, while pine and balsam fir, with their powerful, refreshing scents, evoke classic images of decorated, glittering Christmas trees, filling the air with a woody, festive scent.
The base notes are caramel, cedar and patchouli. The caramel adds a sweet, gourmand touch, contrasting nicely with the more robust, woody notes, while the cedar adds a woody solidity that prolongs the sensation of being outside in a winter forest. Patchouli, with its rich, earthy undertones, concludes the fragrance on a complex, enveloping base note, anchoring the scent with memorable depth and persistence.
Optimise your production costs without sacrificing olfactory quality with this fragrance formulated for a 1% dosage.
This fragrance is an innovative solution for designing quality candles while considerably reducing regulatory constraints. At a dosage of 1%, it does not require UFI declaration or complex CLP labelling.
It is important to note that this is not a total absence of CLP labelling, but rather simplified labelling. At this concentration, the fragrance does not trigger any classification requiring H hazard statements.
The label is therefore limited to the general information required by the regulations. You must always indicate the product name, weight or volume, and your full contact details as the person responsible for placing the product on the market. If allergens are present and must be declared, EUH208 must also appear.
At a dosage of 1%, scented candles or fondants made with this fragrance are not subject to the mandatory CLP warnings.
The safety data sheet may nevertheless include certain precautionary statements, such as P101 or P103, which are optional. Where relevant, we recommend adding the precautionary statement P102, even if it is not compulsory.
With a 1% dosage, you can produce up to 30 100 ml candles with just 30 ml of fragrance, compared to 3 candles with a conventional dosage. This means significant savings, with 30 candles produced for €10.50 worth of fragrance.
An ideal approach for securing your business, gaining peace of mind and optimising your costs, while complying with current regulations.
Note: fragrances dosed at 10% retain a more intense olfactory impression and remain the benchmark for maximum performance.

Our blogOur fragrances may contain CMRs (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic), but these levels (0.1% to 3.3%) are for the raw fragrance. In a candle (10% fragrance and 90% wax), the concentration is much lower and safe under normal conditions of use.
CMRs also exist in our daily lives: some essential oils, chlorine in swimming pools, and grilled meat contain them, although they are not prohibited. They play a key role in the olfactory rendering of perfumes, and removing them would alter their quality, as well as their olfactory possibilities.
As for ethyl phthalate, it is safe and commonly used in cosmetics. It has nothing to do with the phthalates banned in toys!
Perfume should be stored away from light and at room temperature (20°C). Under these conditions, you can keep your oil for a maximum of 24 months. If the perfume crystallizes, simply heat it to a maximum of 30°C.
We do not offer samples. The smallest size available for most fragrances is 30 ml.
However, you can exchange your loyalty points for a selection of 30 ml fragrances in your dedicated area.
