ABOUT THIS FRAGRANCE
This sweet "Feu de bois" fragrance will enhance your home creations.
All our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse in Provence, France by master perfumers. They comply with European(CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE) and French(IFRA) standards.
None of the fragrances in our catalogue have been tested on animals.
The top notes are composed of thyme and iris. Thyme, with its spicy, slightly medicinal scent, introduces an immediate sensation of warmth, while iris adds a touch of sophistication with its powdery, earthy nuances, evoking a rustic elegance.
Atthe heart of the fragrance, cedar and birch unfold to reinforce the woody dimension of the scent. Cedar, known for its rich, soothing woody scent, evokes the solidity and permanence of ancient forests. Birch, with its lightly smoky, resinous notes, adds a more complex, deeper texture, reminiscent of wood burning in an open fire.
The base notes are anchored by moss and lichen. The moss brings a green, damp quality reminiscent of forest undergrowth, adding a dimension of natural freshness. Lichen, with its subtle, earthy undertones, concludes the fragrance on a mysterious, slightly bitter base note, reinforcing the mood of wilderness and outdoor comfort.
To dose your creations, we invite you to carry out your own tests according to the aromatic intensity you are looking for. This also differs for each fragrance.
To incorporate this fragrance into your wax, we advise you to follow the dosage indicated on the product sheet as well as our guide on how to correctly dose your scented candles and melts.

Some may contain CMR substances, but the final candle is not dangerous. As the fragrance is diluted in the wax, the risk remains low under normal conditions.
Natural does not necessarily mean safer; some natural materials also contain CMR compounds, while synthetic alternatives can be better controlled.
Most phthalates are banned, with only diethyl phthalate authorised within a strict framework.
Finally, regulations change regularly, which can alter the classification without changing the formula. CMR-free" or "phthalate-free" filters help you make your choice.
A perfume should be stored away from light and at room temperature (20°C). Under these conditions, you can keep your oil for up to 24 months. If the perfume crystallises, simply heat it to a maximum of 30°C.
We do not offer samples. The smallest packaging is 30 mL for most fragrances.
