Mixing blade for Jesmonite® creations

The Jesmonite® mixing blade is specially designed to efficiently mix the Jesmonite® components (liquid base and powder). It produces a perfectly homogeneous, lump-free mix while limiting the incorporation of air.

It is ideal for makers who regularly produce pieces or work with large volumes. Its specific shape creates a fluid motion that quickly disperses the components while reducing the formation of air bubbles, and also allows better dispersion of pigments and additives. By ensuring a smooth texture for easier pouring, it delivers consistent results from one batch to the next.

How to use

The blade fits onto a drill or a variable-speed mixer. Once immersed in the mix, it is rotated at low to moderate speed to blend the powder and liquid evenly.
