Vibrating plate for Jesmonite® creations

The Jesmonite® vibrating plate is an accessory designed to remove air bubbles trapped in the mix after pouring into the mould. Thanks to its vibrations, it improves the quality of your creations with a smoother, more even surface free of visible imperfections.

The evenly distributed vibrations help the Jesmonite spread perfectly throughout the mould, even in the most delicate areas. A true precision ally for pieces where the aesthetic finish is essential.

How to use

Once you've prepared your Jesmonite® mix and poured it into a silicone mould, place the mould on the vibrating plate and switch on the device. The mechanical vibrations bring the air bubbles up to the surface, where they burst naturally. Within a few dozen seconds, the material also spreads more easily into the finest details of the mould, for a more precise result.

Tip: the faster you act, before the mix starts to thicken, the more effectively the bubbles are removed. With fast-setting formulations, turn the plate on before pouring to save valuable time.
