A laundry scent released in two stages
What sets these boosters apart from a conventional laundry scent comes down to one word: microencapsulation. The fragrance is not released all at once; it is diffused in two stages.
A first part of the fragrance is released during the wash. The second remains protected inside microplastic-free microcapsules, which settle on the fibres. When you wear the garment, handle it or the fabric rubs, these microcapsules gradually break and release the fragrance again.
The result: a scented effect that does not end with drying, and lingers on dry, worn clothes.

Each booster has its own personality, from the freshness of laundry dried in the open air to the softness of a jumper you keep close. It is up to you to choose the one that will become your laundry's signature.

How to use it in the washing machine
The booster is ready to use: it is not diluted and is not mixed with any base. Three simple steps are all it takes.
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Using a measuring cup, pour between 10 and 40 mL into the fabric softener compartment.
- Start your usual wash cycle.
It works with standard programmes, at 30 °C, 40 °C and up to 60 °C, and is used alongside your detergent and fabric softener, never instead of them.
Dosing for the intensity you want
- 10 mL: light, subtle fragrance
- 20 mL: medium intensity
- 30 mL: rich fragrance
- 40 mL: maximum intensity
When it comes to drying
A tumble dryer can impair the microencapsulated fragrance. To enjoy it to the full, dry your laundry indoors, in a well-ventilated room.
As a textile mist, on your home fabrics
Your booster is not just for the washing machine. It can also be used as a textile mist to refresh fabrics that rarely go in the wash: curtains, cushions, throws, household linen and soft furnishings.
Simply pour it into a suitable mist bottle, then mist your fabrics. No dilution is needed: it is ready to use.

Composition and commitments
The microcapsules in our boosters are microplastic-free. The formula contains more than 99 % biodegradable ingredients and is mostly biodegradable according to OECD criteria, with more than 60 % biodegradation in 28 days.
Our laundry fragrance boosters are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse, France, by master perfumers. None of the scents in our range are tested on animals.

Yes. This booster is compatible with conventional detergents on the market. It has, however, been specially designed to work alongside our laundry fragrances and our laundry base, for an optimal olfactory experience and perfect synergy between the products.

Can I use this booster with all wash programmes?

What machine capacity is the recommended dosage intended for?
The stated dosage is intended for a standard-capacity machine. For a particularly large load or an unusual volume of laundry, you can adjust the amount of product slightly according to the fragrance intensity you want, without exceeding the usage recommendations.
