All our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and made in Grasse in Provence, France by master perfumers. They comply with European(CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE) and French(IFRA) standards.

None of the fragrances in our catalogue have been tested on animals.

Olfactory notes

The top notes are dominated by hazelnut, offering a rich, instantly recognisable opening. With its deeply nutty, slightly woody aroma, hazelnut evokes the warmth and comfort of homemade desserts, creating a welcoming sensation from the very first moment.

At the heart of the fragrance, chocolate and a gourmand note combine to further enrich the scent. The rich, creamy chocolate adds a layer of decadence, evoking the sensation of a luxurious dessert melting in your mouth. The gourmand note amplifies this indulgence, bringing a sweet complexity that makes this heart of the fragrance a true delight for the senses.

The base note is composed of vanilla, which concludes the fragrance on a soft, creamy note. Vanilla, with its enveloping sweetness and rich depth, provides a perfectly harmonious finish, reinforcing the hazelnut and chocolate notes with a refined, lingering gourmand touch.

This fragrance is an innovative solution for designing quality candles while considerably reducing regulatory constraints. At a dosage of 1%, it does not require UFI declaration or complex CLP labelling.

It is important to note that this is not a total absence of CLP labelling, but rather simplified labelling. At this concentration, the fragrance does not trigger any classification requiring H hazard statements.

The label is therefore limited to the general information required by the regulations. You must always indicate the product name, weight or volume, and your full contact details as the person responsible for placing the product on the market. If allergens are present and must be declared, EUH208 must also appear.

At a dosage of 1%, scented candles or fondants made with this fragrance are not subject to the mandatory CLP warnings.

The safety data sheet may nevertheless include certain precautionary statements, such as P101 or P103, which are optional. Where relevant, we recommend adding the precautionary statement P102, even if it is not compulsory.
