Process for making your homemade soap

1. Preparation: Cut the base into 4-5 cm pieces to make mixing easier. Use a pastry blender with a K beater head and a whisk head.
2. Mixing: Start mixing slowly and then gradually increase the speed. After 3-4 minutes, slowly add any additives such as flavors or colorings.
3. Whipping: Whip the base for 10-15 minutes until smooth and even. Add up to 8% water for a softer texture if needed.
4. Adding Exfoliants: Incorporate exfoliants like sugar, salt, or poppy seeds to create an exfoliating product. Use a 50/50 ratio of base to exfoliant for best results.
5. Decanting: Once the base is well mixed, transfer it to a container or pastry bag for easy packaging.

Crystal OPC solid soap base is ideal for creating custom soaps. Add up to 3% fragrance or essential oils to achieve the desired effect. Colorants can be added for a unique visual touch. For an exfoliating product, mix in natural ingredients like sugar or salt.
