ABOUT THIS FRAGRANCE
This sweet "Summer Shield" fragrance will allow you to enhance your homemade creations.
All of our fragrances are developed by Terre de Bougies and manufactured in Grasse, Provençal France, by master perfumers . They comply with European ( CLP CE N°1907/2006 & 1223/2009/CEE ) and French ( IFRA ) standards.
No scent in our catalog is tested on animals.
The top notes offer a dynamic blend of lemongrass, geranium, and nutmeg. Lemongrass, known for its natural repellent properties, dominates with its crisp, citrusy scent that's instantly refreshing. Geranium, with its light floral undertones, brings a touch of sweetness, while nutmeg adds a spicy, warm dimension, awakening the senses from the very first moment.
At the heart of the fragrance, a trio of ginger, cardamom, and mint unfolds. Ginger, with its pungent and invigorating power, injects fiery energy. Cardamom, aromatic and intense, offers a spicy complexity that stimulates the heart of the fragrance. Mint, for its part, brings an icy, punchy freshness, reinforcing the candle's repellent effectiveness while providing pleasant olfactory relief.
The base notes combine eucalyptus, lemongrass, and rose. Eucalyptus and lemongrass, both known for their repellent properties, continue the theme of natural protection with clear, purifying notes. Rose adds a touch of sophistication and refinement to the base, balancing the herbs and spices with its classic beauty and subtle floral scent.
To determine the dosage for your creations, we encourage you to conduct your own tests based on the aromatic intensity you are looking for. This also varies for each fragrance.
To incorporate this scent into your wax, we advise you to follow the dosage indicated on the product sheet as well as our guide on how to correctly dose your candles and scented melts.

Our blogOur fragrances may contain CMRs (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic), but these levels (0.1% to 3.3%) are for the raw fragrance. In a candle (10% fragrance and 90% wax), the concentration is much lower and safe under normal conditions of use.
CMRs also exist in our daily lives: some essential oils, chlorine in swimming pools, and grilled meat contain them, although they are not prohibited. They play a key role in the olfactory rendering of perfumes, and removing them would alter their quality, as well as their olfactory possibilities.
As for ethyl phthalate, it is safe and commonly used in cosmetics. It has nothing to do with the phthalates banned in toys!
Perfume should be stored away from light and at room temperature (20°C). Under these conditions, you can keep your oil for a maximum of 24 months. If the perfume crystallizes, simply heat it to a maximum of 30°C.
We do not offer samples. The smallest size available for most fragrances is 30 ml.
However, you can exchange your loyalty points for a selection of 30 ml fragrances in your dedicated area.
